　中部教区の教会を中心に、また能登半島地域を中心に、多くの被害が報告されています。

Praise the name of the Lord.

At around 4:10 p.m. on January 1, an earthquake of magnitude 7.6 and maximum seismic intensity of 7 occurred,centered on the Noto Peninsula. Tremendous damage has been reported in the Noto Peninsula and surrounding region, including several churches of the UCCJ Chubu District.
We are accepting donations immediately, to assist people and churches that have been affected by this disaster.
